To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please understand that we make a genuine attempt to see each client on time, and sincerely apologize for longer than expected wait times.
For the safety of animals in our care, as well as our staff members and all hospital guests, we ask that all animals be up to date on their vaccinations. Vaccines can easily be updated in our office at the time of your visit- please speak to a staff member if interested.
Although we make every effort to help our patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and/or other animals. This is why we ask that all animals are on a leash or contained in a pet carrier before entering the lobby waiting room.
*** With current COVID-19 protocols in place face coverings that cover both the nose and the mouth, are required. If you have exhibited any symptoms of COVID-19 any time within the last two weeks, we ask that you please postpone your appointment (if feasible) and self-quarantine at home. Appointments can easily be rescheduled, and it shows us that you respect our time, our staff, and our health and well-being here at Incline Veterinary Hospital. Please use social distancing while waiting in our parking lot, and/or speaking with our staff. Thank you! ***
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We accept all major debit and credit payments, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash, Checks, and Care Credit are also accepted. A 1.5%, or $1.50 (whichever is greater) monthly service charge will be applied to all overdue accounts.
