Dr. Jim Lane:
Dr. Lane received his veterinary degree from the University of California at Davis in 1971, and moved to Incline Village in 1987. 

Dr. Lane is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP), and the Nevada Veterinary Medical Association (NVMA), and has published scientific articles in the Journal of the AVMA and the Journal of the AAHA.  Dr. Lane has been certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practioners since 1985, with a specialty in companion animal (dog and cat) practice, and is one of only a handful of Board Certified veterinarians in Nevada.

Dr. Lane's wife, Sandy, was a school teacher in Incline Village for many years, and is now a Realtor with Prudential North Realty.  Son Matt recently finished his enlistment in the Marine Corps as an Arabic Language Specialist and is attending college in southern California.  Daughter Carrie is a veterinarian in Reno.
